CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At KLYNE, we ensure every order is processed and delivered with care. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, cancellations and returns are governed by the policy below.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number at the earliest. hi@klyne.in
Refund for cancelled orders:
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5 -7 business days
Eligible Returns (Post-Delivery)
Returns will be accepted only if:

The product is damaged during transit

The product is defective

An incorrect product has been delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for return:

Product must be unused and not sprayed

Must be in original packaging

Must include the invoice and all components
Used products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide a description of the issue

Attach clear images/videos as proof
Once approved:
Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
Otherwise, customers may be required to ship the product to us
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
Timeline: 7–10 business days
Refund method:
Prepaid orders → Original payment method
Cash on Delivery → Bank transfer
Return Abuse Protection
KLYNE reserves the right to:

in cases of repeated or suspicious return activity.

Fragrance performance, including scent perception and longevity, varies based on individual skin chemistry and environmental conditions. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Customers with sensitive skin are advised to perform a patch test before use.
